本试验机适用于测试高分子材料的维卡软化点温度和热变形温度,作为控制质量和鉴定新品种热性能的一个指标,由计算机、LED或百分表测量形变,温控仪设定升温速度,操作方便、设计新颖、外形美观、可靠性高。符合GB/T1633《热塑性塑料软化温度(VST)的测定》、GB/T1634《塑料弯曲负载热变形温度试验方法》、GB8802《硬聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)管材及管件维卡软化温度测定方法》以及ISO75ISO306ISO2507等标准要求。

This testing machine applies to testing the Vicat softening point and thermal deformation temperature of polymer materials ,using as an index of controlling quality and identifying thermal property of new species, measuring deformation by computer, LED or dial indicator and setting the rate of temperature increase by temperature controller with the characters of easy operation , modern design, elegant appearance and high reliability, in conformity of GB/T 1633 Test of Thermoplastic Plastics Softening Temperature(VST), GB/T 1634 Test Method for Plastic Bending Load Thermal Deformation Temperature and GB 8802 Test Method for Vicat Softening Temperature of Rigid Polyvinyl Chloride(PVC-U) tubular product and Pipe fittings as well as the standards of ISO75, ISO306 and ISO2507, etc.
